As soon as we’ve received and checked your device, we aim to process your payment quickly. This usually takes 1 to 2 working days after receipt, depending on the payment method you choose.
If you use our shipping label, your package is insured.
The offer you receive is non-binding, but we aim to give you the best price based on the information you provide. Once we receive your device, we’ll check its condition, specs, and any defects. If there are any differences, you’ll receive an updated offer.
If your request wasn’t filled in correctly and you’re not happy with the updated offer, we can return your device free of charge.
You can cancel the sale at any time. We’ll return your iPhone free of charge.
This price gives you an idea of what to expect, but it’s not the final price! If, after inspection, your device turns out to be worth less, we’ll send you a new offer. If everything checks out, we’ll transfer the money right away.

We recommend packing your device in a sturdy box and filling any empty space with cardboard or similar material. Then, stick the shipping label on the box and drop off your parcel with the carrier. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt safe.

Prepare for sale & send
We recommend packing your device in a sturdy box and filling any empty space with cardboard or something similar. Then, stick the shipping label on the box and hand over your parcel to the carrier. Make sure to keep your shipping receipt safe.
When selling your iPhone, it’s very important to fully erase it. You can do this by following the steps below:
- Back up your data: Make a backup of all your important data via iCloud or iTunes. This ensures you can restore everything on your new iPhone or another Apple device.
- Sign out of iCloud: Go to Settings > Tap your name at the top > Scroll down and tap Sign Out. Enter your Apple ID password and tap Turn Off. This disconnects your iPhone from your iCloud account.
- Reset your iPhone – Erase all content and settings: Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase All Content and Settings. This wipes your iPhone completely and restores it to factory settings.
- Remove your SIM card: Use a SIM ejector tool or a paperclip to open the SIM tray on the side of your iPhone and take the SIM out. This is especially important if your iPhone uses a SIM for mobile connectivity.
When you’re selling your iPad, it’s super important to completely erase the device. Just follow these steps:
- Back it up: Save a backup of all your important data using iCloud or iTunes.
- Sign out of iCloud: Go to Settings > Tap your name at the top > Scroll down and tap ‘Sign Out’. Enter your Apple ID password and choose ‘Turn Off’.
- Reset your iPad and erase all content and settings: Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
- For cellular models, remove the SIM card: Use a SIM ejector tool or a paperclip to open the SIM tray on the side of your iPad and take out the SIM card.
- Back it up: Make a backup of all your important data using Time Machine or another backup method.
- Sign out of iCloud: Go to the Apple menu > System Preferences > iCloud. Click ‘Sign Out’ and confirm.
- Reset using macOS Recovery: Restart your MacBook / iMac and hold Command + R until the Apple logo appears. Choose “Disk Utility” and select the hard drive. Click “Erase” and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Back it up: Open the Watch app on your iPhone > Go to the ‘My Watch’ tab > Tap your watch at the top > Tap ‘General’ > Tap ‘Erase Apple Watch Content and Settings’.
- Remove the Apple Watch from your iPhone: Open the Watch app on your iPhone > Go to the ‘My Watch’ tab > Tap your watch at the top > Tap the info icon next to your watch > Tap ‘Unpair Apple Watch’. Enter your Apple ID password if prompted.
You’re not required to send the original accessories or packaging, and it won’t affect the trade-in value either.
