Reversed Auction
Trade in gives larger partners the option to offer their customers the highest possible price through our Reversed Auction model. Trade in starts with a strong initial offer, after which other authorised partners also get the chance to place bids. The aim is to achieve the highest possible offer per device and keep pricing as stable as possible.
Forwarded Trade in
Trade in gives larger partners the option to lock in a guaranteed buyback value when taking out a subscription with a device. This amount can be used as a monthly discount or paid out directly at the time of purchase.
Instant Pay Out
When buying new hardware, the customer can hand in their old device straight away. The refund amount is immediately deducted from the purchase price, both online and in store. The customer then has two weeks to send in the old hardware. This feature helps increase conversion.
